In case of damaged/wrong products, the customer has a choice of either calling for a replacement or getting a refund
- To schedule an exchange please drop us an email within 48 hrs of receiving the package at email@example.com along with your order, exchange details and an image of the purchased product
- All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Replacement to be dispatched with 7-10 working days at no additional cost
- If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person
- In case of a refund, TJS will initiate it as soon as it receives the product in untampered condition
- In case a customer receives an empty package, we will issue June Credits only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- The customer will have a choice to either accept June Credit or receive their payment via Paytm, Razor Pay or Bank Transfer
- Please Note: Ceramics are not refundable.
- In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you to kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours, only then can we consider the case.
- Return is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders
- Certain products (socks, eye masks, cosmetics, steel straws, face masks, soaps etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.
- While exchanging the products which are purchased, in case the products requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded as cash.
- In case a customer has to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price

Note 1: In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Note 2: Beware of fraudulent calls, we never call you to participate in any lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/Account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you have received any such calls, please report against those numbers and raise a complaint to the local authorities or online FTC complaint assistant
The images of the products shown on the website may be slightly different than the product delivered in terms of shade and color as the images shown on the website are graphical representation of the product.
The June Shop takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages. If the customer has any query about the product they can email us and ask us beforehand. Damage to the product after it is used is sole responsibility of the customer. To claim an exchange or refund for a clearance product, please get in touch with us as soon as you get the delivery.

How do I cancel an order on thejuneshop.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.
Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges applied will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 75 where applicable will not be refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details will be required and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
