** The customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 48 hours; TJS will take action accordingly.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment: All orders are processed within 3-14 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or telephone.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
- Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website
- Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges. However, COD orders are charged at INR 75.
