Returns & Refunds

  1. We take the utmost care while packing your order & our quality check & processing teams check & dispatch your order carefully. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or store credit.

  2. You may not be completely happy with your purchase & for such instances, you can request a return only within 2 days of delivery. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent. While returning any item please note that the item would have to packed properly from your end, incase there is any damage to the item in transit due to poor packaging from your end our team would access the situation before providing the credit or replacement,

    1. For the first return generated from your end there will no additional charge for reverse pick up of the shipment (for total return value upto 3000), above rupees 3000 products the return charge will be provided by our agent upon return request. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and once it is picked up from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit for the value of items returned so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. In Case there is any past order that was cancelled or rejected on doorstep, we reserve the right to deny a free return.

    2. If there has been any previous cancellations or returns we charge a nominal fee for reverse pick-up of such orders. The fee structure is as below. Once the items have been picked up from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit for the value of items returned (minus the below charges) so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. 

      1. For orders up to Rs.1000 | The pickup charge would be 100.

      2. For orders from Rs. 1001 to Rs.2000 | The pickup charge would be 200.

      3. For Orders above Rs. 2001 | The pick up charge would be Rs. 250 or 10% of order value (whichever is higher)

  3. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please pack the shipment properly before handing over to the courier agent.

  4.  Please Note: Ceramic, Sunglasses/Eyewear, carpets, clothing, baby products, zenstone mats, face masks and Glass items are not refundable, incase of any Zenstone mat, ceramic or glass product delivered to you in a damaged state we will provide a replacement or store credit if informed with photos/video of damage within 48 Hours of delivery. 

  5. We do provide customization for your order/product, please note such orders are not eligible for replacement or refund of any sort.

  6. The June Shop process 10,000+ orders in a month and a missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please do not accept such shipments, you can reach out to the The June Shop support team on email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. In case you have accepted the shipment and suspect any damage or tampering please take a video before opening your box.

  7. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the & our team will help resolve this issue within 24 hours.

  8. The June Shop uses external shipping aggregators and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.

  9. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, The June Shop reserves the right to deny future orders on our platform. In case of prepaid orders, The June Shop will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs. For Paid order cancellation, refund for the same will be processed in the form of Store Credits.

  10. Bulk Orders - Please do note that incase of bulk orders we do not accept Cash On Delivery Orders. Also, all bulk orders are non-returnable since we provide special discounts on such orders. Incase of damaged products received we would request you to do an unboxing of the shipment before opening any parcel & inform within 4-6 hours of delivery since we would need to get ample proof for any claims with the shipping partner. All damages will be replaced with fresh units, no refund is applicable on any bulk order. Since we at The June Shop do not offer express shipment, we do not charge additional cost for faster delivery. Incase of bulk orders we might charge forward costs but there is no commitment on delivery dates. We do our best to delivery all orders within 2-7 days, but if shipment weight exceeds 10Kgs there might be a delay of upto 10-15 days from the courier's end.

  12. Return requests have to be approved before processing. The June Shop support team must receive and approve your return request by email or text or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, it may take 48 hours for the team to get back with or without an approval. Face Masks are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  13. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive the store credit which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be use anytime in the next 12 months without any limitations or minimum order values.

  14. We aim to process all disputes very amicably. This is because we want the best for you home. In case there are any disputes which are not resolved despite out best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be Kolkata, WB India

  15. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made like ceramics, vegan, wooden, macramé etc. there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
