How will I know that my order is confirmed?

When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 4 - 7 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on delivery location. For further details, please check Shipping & Delivery

When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. We'll send you a link to track the status of your order. 

How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on all orders.

How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.

If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with us immediately. 

What happens if there has been a delivery mishap with my order?
Send us an email to sales@thejuneshop.com and we will look into it right away! 

1. In the event of damaged products received, we'll require photo proof of the affected products and order details. We'll review your case and if fair, we will re-send the products to you at no cost, subject to availability. 

2. In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

How do I place bulk orders?
Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough! You can place bulk orders by contacting us at sales@thejuneshop.com or +91 8697111998. We offer customization as well. 

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice / amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to government regulations.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on sales@thejuneshop.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How do I cancel an order?
Before your order if shipped, you can send a request to sales@thejuneshop.com or call us +91 8697111998. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

What is your return policy?
You can return certain products, up to 2 days from the date of delivery, you can send a request to sales@thejuneshop.com or +91 8697111998. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

What items can I replace?
You can replace all items that will be accepted only for damaged / defective issues. You need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Do you arrange for reverse pick-ups?
The June Shop has self ship policy for returning and exchange of a product. Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we would request the customer to self-ship the product to us. When we would receive the product then only we can initiate the process of return or exchange. The expense of the self-shipping would entirely be borne by the customer.

 Where do I mail the returns?

Please mail the item(s) to the address below:

When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging is intact. 
  • They are returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?
You can only exchange your item within 7 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 100 where applicable will not be refunded.
