Process:

These pins are specially hand carved , painted and hand cut by the karigars of India. As a result, we provide the utmost quality in Brooches or Lapel pins.  These then go for the process of gold or nickel plating.

These have a strong butterfly pin or a brooch pin behind the base which helps it stand while wearing it. It does not damage any surface on which you pin it on.

These pins come in a special envelope packaging! The packaging makes it very attractive for gifting purpose.

Return requests need approval. Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Our support team reviews every request before approving the next step.

Returned items must pass quality check. Products should be unused, in original condition and packed properly with original packaging, tags and invoice wherever applicable.
Important: Ceramic, resin, sunglasses/eyewear, carpets, clothing, baby products, ZenStone mats, face masks, glass items and customised products may not be refundable as per store policy.
Simple return flow, subject to approval.
If eligible, we arrange reverse pickup without an additional reverse pickup charge. Once received and checked, eligible value is issued as store credit.

Pack the item securely. Poor return packaging can damage the item in transit, which may affect replacement or store-credit approval.

Receive store credit after QC. Once your return clears quality checks, store credit is issued and can be used on your next purchase as per policy.
